Where do you stay?
The closest airport to the event is Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (www.savannahairport.com). The airport is located approx. 20 minutes from downtown Savannah, which is where most of the hotels are located. Thus, some sort of transportation (rental car, taxi, uber, lyft, etc.) will be needed to get you from the airport to where you will be staying. At this time, we have blocks at three different hotels in downtown Savannah; Homewood Inn & Suites, Hotel Indigo, and Courtyard Marriott: Historic District. If you are interested in camping, there is a campsite located on the same property as our wedding venue, called Red Gate Campground. There are also many house rentals and B&B's located throughout the city. The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Mackey House, which is located 15 minutes from downtown Savannah. There will be trolley transportation from each hotel with blocks both before and after the wedding.
