We will be providing shuttles to and from the wedding for guests staying in Hanover's hotels. Shuttles will leave from the Hanover Inn promptly at 4:20 on Saturday night. If you are local or prefer to drive, there will be parking available at Trumbull Hall and shuttles up the Malenka home (~5 minutes). You can also park in Hanover and take the shuttle from the Hanover Inn. If you choose a hotel outside of Hanover, you are welcome to park at Trumbull Hall or take the shuttle from Hanover with the other guests. The Trumbull Hall shuttle service will begin at 4:15pm.
The reception will be in a tent outside. Please wear cocktail attire. We suggest women wear knee-length / midi-length dresses or nice jumpsuits. Men should wear suits or a jacket and tie! That being said - please wear what makes you feel comfortable and beautiful! The weather is looking cooler for the wedding weekend, so plan to bring a light jacket, sweater, or shawl for the wedding reception.
If you are staying at the Hanover Inn or Six South St Hotel and are taking the Dartmouth Coach, you do not need a car. We *highly* recommend driving if you are planning to stay outside of downtown Hanover. There is very limited Uber / Lyft in the area. We will provide transportation from Hanover to the wedding location, but if you are staying outside of Hanover, a car is necessary to get to / from the shuttle and to explore. We are happy to help set up carpools from NYC, just let us know!
Dinner will be served family-style. There will be a chicken option, pork option, a vegetarian pasta, and fresh vegetables. Please reach out to Mason or Eddie if you are vegan, gluten free and vegetarian, or have allergies.
