Jill was driving home from the gym to her apartment in Riverdale. As she merged onto the Cross County Parkway the car in front of her stopped short after seeing a police car race by causing Jill to rear-end her. Eddie was on a Westchester County Police field training and was heading to another accident but saw the two cars disabled on the side of the road. Eddie came to save the day and that is how Jill met Officer Ramirez!
