What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?
Answer
The church requests that guests with special dietary needs to complete and submit the Food Allergy Form 【ＮＧ食材確認表】no later than Friday, May 30, 2025. To obtain the form, please email Heidi Lau at heidiL0328@gmail.com.

Answer
The banquet will feature a Hokkaido-inspired 4-course dinner, blending Western and Japanese fusion cuisine, with a focus on seafood. Specific menu details can be provided upon request one month prior to the wedding.

Yes, a kid’s meal with 4-course dinner is available upon request. Please send your request via email to Heidi Lau at heidiL0328@gmail.com.

What age range qualifies as a "kid" for the kid's menu?
Answer
A "kid" is defined as being between the ages of 2-8.

Will alcohol be served at the banquet?
Answer
Yes, a free-flowing drink menu will be available throughout the evening. Our alcohol selection includes sparkling wine, red wine, white wine, rice shochu, malt shochu, soba shochu, beer, and non-alcoholic beer.

Are there any other drinks besides alcoholic beverages?
Answer
Non-alcoholic drinks will be served throughout the evening, including a variety of juices, soft drinks, Oolong tea, and mineral water.

Are there any transportation to the church and back to the hotel on the day of the wedding?
Answer
The short answer is yes, a coach bus will be available to pick up and drop off at the designated hotels.
