What is the phone policy for the Ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during the celebration Ceremony at Holy Trinity. We kindly ask you to keep your phones, cameras, and other devices off/silenced until after the Ceremony in order to keep this moment sacred, as we are observing a sacramental rite within the Church. Thank you in advance for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will start at 2pm EST and all seating (other than first three rows) will be open starting at 1:30pm EST. To ensure a seat within the Sanctuary, please arrive by 1:45pm EST.

Where should I sit?

Answer

For the Ceremony, the first three rows will be reserved for the wedding party, but all other pews will be open seating. Pick a seat, not a side, for you are loved by both Groom and Bride! For the Reception, there will be designated seats which will be revealed at the entrance to Proving Ground!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would like to call it Cocktail Casual, a.k.a. if you can't wear it to a country club, please choose another outfit! No jeans.

Is there an Open Bar at the Reception?

Answer

Our wedding will INDEED have an Open Bar, but please note that it is also being HEAVILY photographed. Therefore, all DRUNKEN SHENANIGANS will be well documented and thoroughly mocked for years to come. Sorry not sorry.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space at both of our venues, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one it will be noted on the invitation in order to RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at both of our venues, we have decided to keep our wedding ADULTS ONLY (except for the kids in the wedding party and those in the wedding party who have children). We encourage you to use this as a date night, to get out and have fun!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are currently working on this with a few hotels, finding you the best of the best! If you wish or need recommendations ASAP due to far travel, contact Chloe/Eddie and they will help!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP, please note what your food allergy is to ensure Proving Ground can accommodate and prep separately!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the Ceremony, there is street parking around the church, but there is also a public parking lot behind THE LIFT TRANSFORMATION GYM on the corner of Atlantic Ave and Osborn Ave down the street from the church. As for the Reception, there is parking at Proving Ground available and there will be a valet available, but not guaranteed. Proving Ground strongly recommends encouraging guests to carpool & rideshare. Street parking and public lots are available in the general area. We will have transportation available for the Wedding Party and have Uber availability (which will be on us) for those to get home safely, allowing you to party without worries! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Eddie!

What happens if I do not RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by September 1st, 2026, if will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in the timely manner they have given to us. Thank you for understanding!

What time does the Reception end?

Answer

The Reception will be ending at 9:30pm EST; however, the bar will stay open serving as a cash bar. We will also be allowed to go down to their Tiki Bar to continue the party, where we can smoke cigars and relax!
