Travel Note
Visas are required for foreigners to enter Vietnam. We recommend that you do this one month prior to departure date for ease of mind. You can apply for an eVisa on this official website: https://evisa.gov.vn E-visa fee: 25 USD for a single-entry visa / 50 USD for a multiple-entry visa. Make sure to double check your information and dates before proceeding.
Travel Note
Starting April 15, 2026, all foreign passport holders must complete a pre-arrival declaration form prior to their arrival at the international terminal of Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. This policy applies to both foreign passport holders and overseas Vietnamese entering Vietnam with a visa. Currently, this form is not required for travelers arriving via any other airport in Vietnam. To complete the declaration, you may access the form available online: https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn/ as early as three days prior to your arrival date.
Flight
Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) is where you will land when arriving in Ho Chi Minh city. We recommend to get your flight at least 6 months before planned departure. It is suggested that April to June is the best time for good price tickets. An ideal price for a flight tickets for Vietnam around this time would be around $900-1300. Please check the guide below for more information about the city's airport.
Travel Note
The easiest way to get around Ho Chi Minh City is by using Grab, a ride app similar to Uber. With Grab you can quickly request a car or motorbike ride anywhere in the city, and fares are generally very affordable. It’s widely used by locals and visitors alike and is a convenient way to explore the city.

Shuttle

Time is TBD. We will charter a bus for our guests to the venue in Long Hai where we will all stay for the weekend. All shuttles will depart from a central pickup location, you can easily take a Grab to the pickup location. The trip will be around 1.5hrs-2.5hrs long depending on traffic. We will get a headcount of everyone and plan accordingly. If you plan to arrive the day of the wedding and need help with transportation, please reach out to me and Eddie.
Hotel
Our wedding day will take place at the Fleur De Lys Resort, a beachfront resort along Vietnam’s southern coast. This will be the main hub for our celebrations and a place for everyone to relax, explore, and enjoy time together. There are a few booking sites that sometimes offer discounts. However, the resort offers a special wedding guest rate if you book directly through their official website. Currently, a basic bungalow for 2 people is around $60-65/night
