FAQs

Question

How Should I RSVP?

Answer

Please fill out the provided RSVP card and mail it back with the provided envelope by July 1.

Question

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your RSVP card, via the number of seats reserved in your honor.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Garden Formal, but please no jeans! We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, and creams. In addition, please be prepared for potentially warm weather during the day but a cooler evening.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors weather permitting while the reception will be held in a tent hosted in the backyard.

Question

how does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating and standing room, please allow for family and the elderly to use the first few rows of seats. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging the tables so that we can allow for family groups to sit together.

Question

What do i do if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend guests arrive between 3:00-3:15pm so there is time to mingle and grab a drink. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There will be street parking available, however, due to limited space, we recommend guests to carpool if possible or take a ride share from their accommodation.

Question

Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using ride-share apps or a designated driver for transportation. If you need to leave your car, we recommend picking it up, the next morning at your earliest convenience.

Question

Can we take our own pictures and videos throughout the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged as we have hired photographers who will be taking photos and video throughout the ceremony. However, during the reception, we welcome you to take as many photos and videos as you wish as long as you are mindful of not being in the photographer's way. You will find a QR code at your table that will turn your phone into a disposable camera that will automatically upload your photos to a shared album.
