How can I RSVP?

Answer

Our RSVP window has now closed and numbers have been finalised. If you need to let us know about a change of attendance, please contact Ed or I directly.

Where's the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

All in one place! We are hoping our wedding ceremony will be outside with the reception indoors afterwards. The full address is: Gate Street Barn, Bramley, Guildford, Surrey, GU5 0LR.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking on site. If needed, you are welcome to leave a car overnight and collect the next morning.

What are the accommodation options?

Answer

Some onsite accommodation has been reserved for the immediate family and wedding party. There is another onsite accommodation, The White House, which we have included with other recommended local options in the 'Hotels & Travel' section, some which provide discounted rates.

What are timings on the day?

From 1pm - Guest arrival and welcome drinks 2pm - Ceremony 2.30pm - Cocktails and canapes 4.00pm - Speeches and dinner 6.30pm - Tea, coffee and cake cutting 7.30pm - Evening guest arrival 8pm - First dance 9pm - Pizza party time 11.45pm - Carriages

How can I let you know about any dietary or accessibility requirements?

Answer

When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements so we can pass this on to our caterers and they will adjust your meal as needed. Please also let us know if you have any accessibility requirements when you RSVP and we'll be in touch about how they can be accommodated.

Whilst we adore your kids, we've decided to make it an adult-only affair. We hope you understand and can still join us for our special day.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal and colourful - think suit and ties and fun cocktail dresses!

Is there a gift list?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift and we're not expecting anything in addition to this. However, if you definitely want to share something with us, we would love you to gift towards an experience or special treat on our honeymoon :) Please go to the Gift List section to see more.
