Yes. A room block has been reserved at the nearby Holiday Inn hotel. If you are planning to stay over night please book a room directly via the Travel tab on our website - that will direct you to our designated hotel room block. Room rates are $159 per night plus taxes.
Yes. We will provide a shuttle to and from the hotel and the wedding venue. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:50 p.m. and will return to the hotel after the reception. A pickup and drop off schedule will also be provided at the hotel.
The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 p.m. and we ask all guests to arrive and be seated by 4:10 p.m. so we can begin on time.
The cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony and will be one hour long. Following the cocktail hour we will move immediately into the reception space for the remainder of the evening. The reception is expected to end at 10:00 p.m.
We will have a variety of food options to satisfy everyone's needs. The cocktail hour will include passed hors d'oeuvres and a variety of stations including a mashed potato bar, mac and cheese station, raw bar, carving board, Spanish selections, and an Asian wok station. For dinner you will have the choice of a beef, chicken, fish or vegetarian option. You do not need to select your dinner options in advance - simply order your preferred dish at the reception. You can also expect delicious treats - pies, cakes and assorted desserts to end the night.
