Sophia Gillio

Best Woman

Sophia and I have been best friends since day #1. I can't imagine my life without her. Sophia and I grew up in Lancaster PA where we navigated elementary, middle and high school together. She went on to earn her degree from PSU and then moved to the big apple to pursue a career in the beauty industry. She most recently earned her Master's Degree from FIT in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management. All while raising her beautiful new son, Roman, with her amazing husband Mike. She's the coolest boss lady I know with the most flawless skin, not to mention she smells really good :-) Thank you for always being there for me, you're the strongest, bravest, most beautiful, confident, positive influence in my life. You inspire me every day.

Suzie Eckhart

Bridesmaid

Suzie is my cooler older sister. I always followed her around and wanted to be just like her growing up... and I still do! From all of her athletic success in tennis, soccer and now football, to her professional success in the digital marketing world and now being a small business owner - she's always inspiring me to do better, work harder and just do life right. Suzie lives with her beautiful partner Vanessa in New York, where they split time between their Manhattan apartment and their super cool farm upstate called The Hemptons. Suzie has the most magnetic personality; her cool, calm, collected presence makes people gravitate towards her, not to mention her incredible sense of humor. Thank you for making me the person I am today, I love you!

Stephanie Eckhart

Stephanie is my wonderful beautiful older sister. Her unique perspective on life and ability to see the beauty in small things that others overlook is ever inspiring. She's incredibly creative and crafty, which makes her probably the coolest mom of all time to her sweet daughter and my favorite little niece Avaleigh. Stephanie lives with her awesome husband Adam in Lancaster where she works for a dental lab Toothsmiths. Growing up I always wanted to be as successful and smart as Stephanie in school - she was always an academic and athletic role model to me and I feel so lucky to have grown up with that motivation. Thank you for always seeing the beauty in life's forgotten treasures and always being there for me. I love you!

Kate Eckhart Flessner

Bridesmaid

Kate is more like a sister than a cousin in many ways. For starters, we are basically twins, she just got me on the height, but both our smiles and personalities are cut from the same cloth. Kate grew up in Lancaster with me and attended F&M college. She then went on to pursue a career in politics and she now works for the State Senate at our Capitol in Harrisburg. Kate lives in Mechanicsburg with her hilariously sweet husband Max and the newest sweetest member of our family baby Teddy! Kate's unwavering spirit and uncanny likeness to our incredible Grandmother Jessie, has made her the new matriarch, backbone and soul of our family, She keeps us together, keeps us sane, keeps us positive, considerate and thankful for each other. Thank you for being wonderful you Kate, I love you!

Lucy Phillips

Bridesmaid

Lucy is as beautiful as she is intelligent and I am so honored to have her as a best friend. Lucy is originally from Michigan. She attended Michigan State and went on to pursue dentistry at UMSOD. The sky is the limit for her ambition and she continues to pursue excellence in dentistry at a Periodontal Specialty program in Rochester. Lucy currently lives there with her wonderful anesthesiologist husband Dylan and their adorable puppy Archie. Being oral surgery clerks together brought us close because we both enjoy the same aspects of dentistry. I feel so fortunate to share this passion with her for the rest or our lives.

Kayla Rudy

Kayla is one of my oldest and best friends. We grew up together in Lancaster and my best childhood memories have Kayla in them. Kayla lives with her two beautiful daughters, Charlie and Lennon, and her amazing husband Zane in Lancaster - actually right next to the elementary school we attended together! Kayla's goofy sense of humor and yearning for outdoor adventures makes her the best mom to her little ones and the best friend a girl could ask for.

Jessica Kocan

Jessica and I (and Coco, RIP) lived together in Baltimore for two amazing years! Jessica is originally from Erie PA, she attended Georgetown and went on to study dentistry at UMSOD. After graduation Jessica continued her dental path at the UMSOD orthodontic residency program and now works as an Orthodontist in NOVA. Jessica got married to the wonderful Amir on New Years eve 2022! He is pursuing Oral Surgery in DC. There is no one with a heart quite as big as Jessica's. She is the most considerate and kind person I've ever met - always putting others before herself. Her inner beauty shines just as bright as her outer beauty and I feel so lucky and proud to have her as one of my best friends!

Rachel Wilson

Bridesmaid

Rachel is that friend you can count on no matter what. She's brave and strong and makes me a better person. Rachel is originally from Gaithersburg, Maryland. She earned her undergraduate degree from WVU and went on to pursue dentistry at UMSOD. She is now in private practice with her father back in Gaithersburg. Rachel just married our favorite Diego who is also a practicing dentist in Maryland. They live in Bethesda with their adorable dog Linus (Linyyy!!). Rachel is that friend who will pick you up when you're down, tell you a joke when you need to laugh and lend you those shoes that go perfectly with your outfit!

Becca Grubic

Becca is my soon to be sister in law! Married to the ever positive spirit Tyler, we are so blessed to have them both in our lives. Becca is originally from Stephensville, Texas. She met Tyler at Texas A&M where they both attended. Becca and Tyler just welcomed another Grubic boy into our family! Little Abel is growing so fast and we love him so much. I know I speak for all the Grubic's when I say how over the moon happy we are that Becca and Tyler found each other and we get to call each other family!

Brandon's older, smarter, stronger brother ;) Tyler is married to the lovely miss Becca and they just had their first child Abel! Tyler recently completed his PhD at Texas A&M and now works as a Navy aerospace physiologist and is stationed in Maryland. We are so happy to have him and Becca so close! Tyler is always the most positive person in the room and sees the best in all people and situations. Can't wait to call him brother soon!

Clark Grubic

Best Man

Brandon's taller funnier younger brother ;-) Clark graduated from JMU in 2018 and has been living and working in Arlington, VA ever since. Clark may seem cool and tough but he is the softest squishiest Grubic boy on the inside. Don't be fooled by his view from above, he is quite down to earth and easy to pick on. We love living close to Clark and enjoy Marji's home cooked meals together often. Can't wait to call you brother so soon!
