Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:50. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00. You need to be there with enough time to take a trolly from the parking lot to the the venue at the top of the hill. Anyone not seated by 4:00 will not be allowed into the ceremony.

What is the location of the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will take place at a brand new venue called The Ridge. We will actually be the very first wedding held at the location! 4810 Serenity Hill Lane Winston Salem, NC 27127

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear floor length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. You do not have to wear a specific color, but out of respect for the bride, no whites, cream or ivory. Gentlemen can wear a dress shirt and slacks or a suit and tie. No jeans or sneakers, please!

Are you signed up with a wedding registry service?

Your love and well-wishes are the most important gift of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, a monetary gift would help us as we plan for our future together.

Will there be a bar?

YES! We will have an open bar!!!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children only attend if invited by name on your RSVP.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. The cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the patio.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present while we say “I do.” After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
