We’re getting married!

Hey y’all it’s Angelina and Jarrett! We fist want to start off by saying thank you to those that have supported us and helped us throughout our journey together. So within this glimpse of how our lives have been together so far from each of us perspectively we decided to type out what we would tell someone if they asked both of us separately for a detailed life update since the first time we met. Both of us have typed out a run through of our relationships from our perspective and this will be the first time we see completely how the other has viewed our relationship to this point. When we first met it was by chance that we met because to be honest I wasn't even going to go to the lake that day we met because I just wasn't feeling it but my friend Bethany decided that we just had to because we were bored and what else would we do with our time? So to the lake it was just me, Bethany, and Mikey. While we were at the lake we found out that Bethany's boyfriend (Joe) was at the lake and he was having a boy's day. So when Bethany called Joe to see where they were just to be nosey, I heard someone with Joe that sounded attractive so I just had to see who it was. So I told joe to come where we were, that way I could possibly meet this mystery person. Joe then started being the middle-man between me and Jarrett as they were on the way to the part of the lake we were at and when they got to where we were I was so nervous and so was Jarrett because the whole time Jarrett was around me he didn’t say anything n just blush every time we made eye contact. But when we got to leaving I asked Joe to give Jarrett my Snapchat that way Jarrett could maybe get into contact with me. Not even 15mins later I get a Text from Jarrett and it’s super cheesy but cute and of course I only side swiped bc I didn’t want him thinking I was super eager; but, that’s when we get a call from Joe saying that Jarrett can see me side swiping thanks to Snapchat+. So I texted back and we started messaging constantly which lead to us FaceTiming each other. When July 4th comes around Joe throws a party which I convince Joe to invite Jarrett so I can have an excuse to see him. July 4th party comes and me and Bethany go over to Joe’s and we are hanging out drinking just you know typical 4th of July festivities. Jarrett shows up later and he is kinda quiet and shy again but I took the first step and started talking to him about just everything and just learning more about each other. We both ended up getting pretty drunk Jarrett had to be picked up because he had gotten a little too drunk but it was ok it didn’t deter me. A few days go by and I have stuff going on at my house that sends me over the edge a little bit and I end up having a breakdown but Jarrett sees that I’m upset and asked what’s wrong so I told him and he just said you know what you’re crying and upset let me come just give u some emotional support and I said okay and sent him my address. When he gets to my house me, my mom, and my sis are all on the front porch drinking a little because we all just got sent over the edge that evening but Jarrett proceeded to come up to the front porch introduce himself to my mom and sister and just sit next to me letting all of us just vent to him. He ended up staying that whole weekend just because he said he wanted to make sure I was okay but I thought ya right. He left my house and we continued talking and he ended up starting to come over almost every weekend and everyone including Mikey just enjoyed having Jarrett around so we decided to become boyfriends and girlfriend. Jarrett helped us move from our house in Maypearl to my uncle Clay’s house in Scurry and we continued to talk and just grow together as people and then shortly after the move to Clay’s we said we loved each other. While living with my uncle it just became not where I belonged anymore so Jarrett and his roommates offered to let me and Mikey live with them. So me and Mikey moved in and after only living with Jarrett for about a week we went on a trip to Oklahoma where he proposed to me on the way back in Paris, Texas. And since we have lived with them I have found a new family and my son has found new friends. And me and Jarrett continue to grow as individuals and as a couple everyday.

I find myself reflecting on the beautiful journey we’ve shared, and it fills me with such a profound sense of joy that I can hardly contain it. Do you remember that magical day in Paris, Texas? When I finally found the courage to get down on one knee and ask you to be with me forever? It was a moment that felt like it was drawn straight from the pages of a romantic novel, and I can still see the look of surprise and joy on your face. In that instant, everything around us faded away, and it was just you and me, two souls intertwined. I knew then that my love for you was boundless, and my heart has never been the same since. From the very first time I laid eyes on you, my heart skipped a beat. You have this incredible ability to light up the darkest corners of my soul with your kindness and laughter. You are my muse, my confidante, and my greatest supporter. Every day I find myself thinking about you—how you effortlessly make my life richer and more meaningful. Your passion for life inspires me to be the best version of myself, and I am endlessly grateful for that. As we look toward the future, I find myself dreaming of a life filled with laughter, love, and shared adventures. I envision a beautiful home, a place where we can create lasting memories together—where our children will grow, play, and learn about love, kindness, and honesty from the two of us. I can already see the warmth of family gatherings, the joy of raising our little ones, and the quiet moments we will cherish as a couple. Just imagining this future with you fills my heart with immense happiness. Angelina, you are my greatest love, and I promise to cherish you, to honor you, and to stand by your side through all of life’s adventures. With you, I feel a deep connection that I never want to let go of. I am committed to building our dreams together, to nurturing the bond we have, and to always being open, honest, and loving.
