What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive at the wedding venue from 6:00 PM Istanbul time.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend Tuzla Garden Hotel, as it is in an excellent location and includes breakfast and a Turkish spa in the price. We secured a discount code, so if you’d like to book a room, please visit the Travel section of the website for more information.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have arranged transportation between the hotel and the ceremony. However, Tuzla Garden Hotel & Spa is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the wedding venue. The wedding will include alcohol, so if you plan to drink, we recommend visiting the Travel section of the website for taxi and Uber information.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The wedding venue has a set menu, and while we cannot guarantee allergy-free options, if you have specific dietary restrictions, please let us know when you submit your RSVP so we can see if accommodations can be made!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’ve received a lot of questions about what to wear to the wedding—thank you for asking! Feel free to dress as you would for a semi-formal evening wedding in the U.S. Cocktail attire is perfect—dresses, suits, or dressy separates are all welcome. Please note that the wedding will take place from 7:00 PM until midnight, so you may want to bring a light jacket or shawl for later in the evening.
