Things To Do

Downtown Ann Arbor/ Main Street & Vicinity

Downtown Ann Arbor/ Main Street & Vicinity

A vibrant area full of restaurants, bars, music venues and unique shops. Some of our favorite food and drink spots include: Grizzly Peak Brewing Company – Great for a bite and a flight! Mani Osteria & Bar – Best wood-oven pizza & Italian small plates. Connor O’Neill’s – Fun place to sit outside, have a drink & people watch! Blank Slate Creamery – Hands down the best ice cream in town. On Saturday’s, the Kerrytown District features the Ann Arbor Farmers Market and is home to several fun shops and the famous Zingerman’s Deli. Their Reuben continues to be found on the “best sandwich in America” list and Eric agrees!

Parks & Gardens

Parks & Gardens

Matthaei Botanical Gardens & Nichols Arboretum, or affectionately known as the “The Arb” are both free to the public and offer beautiful grounds to explore. Gallup Park – a popular recreation area located along the Huron River. The park provides picnic areas and walking trails along with canoe & kayak rentals. North Bay Park – located right outside the Marriott property, this park features walking trails throughout the woods and along Ford Lake.
