Friends since they were 18 years old, Richard and Ebony's love story began during their undergrad years at Howard University. Since then, they have traveled the globe together visiting various music festivals and dancing under the stars.

On February 25, 2017 after many music festivals together, Richard surprised Ebony with a trip to the James Turrell Sky space at Rice University for a art show. After watching the sunset, the two began to walk around the campus and reminisce on their undergrad years. At the perfect opportunity, in front of a beautiful lit up water fountain, Richard got on one knee and asked Ebony to marry him. With out hesitation , Ebony said yes! The two then met a host of friends and family at one of their favorite restaurants for cocktails and a surprised celebration. Ever since that day these two have been on their journey to holy matrimony. On September 29, 2018, Ebony will walk down the aisle to meet Richard at the alter, and the two will become one; Mr. & Mrs. London.
