We are getting married!!

Quentin and Ebony met at Bertucci's in Wayne. At the time (maybe around 2018), Quentin was working with Ebony's cousin, Briana. Briana asked Ebony to stop in one day and she briefly met Quentin. They would "see" each other from time to time when Quentin and Briana would be on FaceTime. They would not see each other in person again until October of 2022. Briana wanted Ebony to pass on some information to Quentin so the two of them exchanged numbers. That night, Quentin asked Ebony if she would like to go to church with him the next morning but she had other plans. She was very intrigued and impressed by this. On November 22, 2022, they went on their first date together at the Flying Pig. They sat for hours talking and realized that they probably had walked by each other at one of the National Baptist Conventions they had attended over the years. Over the next two and a half years they grew closer with a God-focused relationship. They both have a love of sports and the ID channel. They love going on unplanned adventures such as driving an hour to White Castle and the Waffle House. They love spending time with family and often travel to Ohio to see Quentin's family. On March 23, 2025, the day after Ebony's birthday, Quentin made reservations at one of their favorite spots, Taku (a hibachi). When they arrived, Ebony was surprised to see that Quentin had invited her four children to join them. Before the hibachi festivities started, Quentin proposed to Ebony and the rest is history!
