Maid of Honor
Hi!!! I’m Kim 🥰 True to my Aquarius soul, I’m a free spirit who loves animals, art, volunteering, and spending time in the woods. I’m a farmer, educator, and business owner so I’m basically always juggling a little bit of everything! Jon has been my friend since middle school, and when Ebonee came into the picture a few years ago, she instantly became like a sister. I love them both so much my heart could explode, and I’m beyond honored to stand beside them on their special day!

*I met the bride at a friend's house party almost 15 years ago. I currently attend Ivy League for Neuropsychology in hopes to become a doctor for addictions counseling. Firm believer in God and spirituality. I make sad girl pop music and obsess over professional sports when there's time 😋

Hey, I’m Kristen! I work in healthcare, but my favorite job is being mom to my awesome 8-year-old daughter. When I’m not working, I’m probably reading, planning our next trip, or sipping coffee with my cats nearby. Life’s a little busy but always full of laughs. I’m so happy to be part of this wedding and can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!

How we met: Me and Jonathan Tate met at Temple in the distant year of 2015. If you keep thinking 2015 was just five years ago, you aren't alone! We sat at opposite ends of Prof. Gunkel's class on consumption in America. He was a cool guy then. Smart, charismatic. He had a frat captains capacity for partying and the brain of a scholar. He was the Delaware kid. Hungry to make something of himself, but debating on best how to do it and what to do once he actually got there. But let me tell you when I really got to know Jon. It was 2018, and I had just lost my job and my apartment in the same week. Facing eviction, and the clock ticking, I posted on Facebook asking for any and all leads. Tate, as he does, came in absolutely clutch. He pointed me towards BNY, and I thankfully nailed that interview. It might be hyperbole, but Jonathan Tate saved my life. At the very least, he kept me off the street. And it was at BNY and afterwards I really got to know him. The hard worker, the partier, the scholar, the sports fan, the scrappy DSA political organizer. We joked about memes, bullshit jobs, and worried about life, love, and what it means to be the kind of man people actually wanna be around. Jonathan Tate is the kind of guy younger me would have looked up to. And you know what, so does present day me. But if he ever asks me to go drink for drink with him, I will die.
Best Man

I’m Brandon Coan. I met Jonathan when I had spare Green Day tickets and offered them to Ebonee because we were internet friends. We are emo/punk kids together
