What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive during the pre-cocktail hour. The pre-cocktail hour will be at 5:00 pm. After the pre-cocktail hour, the ceremony will promptly begin at 6:00 pm.

What time is the ceremony starting?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 6:00 pm, we request that guest arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for seating. Cut off for seating will end at 5:50 sharp. Guests that arrive past 5:50 pm will be recommended to join the cocktail hour after the ceremony is completed. Additionally, it is highly recommended that guests arrive early to ensure finding parking and seating before the ceremony begins. We will have a pre-cocktail hour that starts at 5:00 pm.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Our wedding color palette is the theme of Fall romance, including the colors sienna orange, terracotta, deep red, sage green, cedar rose and dark green. We invite guests the option of matching our Fall theme to represent our union.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025. RSVP will open July 1st, 2025. After September 1st, we will no longer be accepting any RSVP'S.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is formal attire. Please refrain from wearing jeans, sneakers or flip flops. Dress code will be strictly enforced throughout the event. Please avoid wearing white, off white, cream, and nude colors. As a friendly reminder, white is traditionally reserved for the bride. We are excited to see our loved ones dressed up for the occasion!

Are kids welcome?

We appreciate your understanding that our special day will be adults only, with the exception of children in the immediate family.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy this special moment with us. The ceremony will be Unplugged. Feel free to capture meaningful moments during the reception

Is there parking at the venue?

Boca Ciega Ballroom offers parking at a first come first serve basis.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Kindly share any dietary or food restrictions/food allergies with the bride or groom when competing your reservation in advance. We want to ensure that everyone will have meal they can enjoy!

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I RSVPed?

We will only be able to accommodate those addressed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Of course! While the drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. Please drink responsibly. Tips are welcome!

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, but if you'd like to contribute to our future, we have set up a fund for our first home. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated!
