Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025. RSVP will open July 1st, 2025. After September 1st, we will no longer be accepting any RSVP'S.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 6:00 pm, we request that guest arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for seating. Cut off for seating will end at 5:50 sharp. Guests that arrive past 5:50 pm will be recommended to join the cocktail hour after the ceremony is completed. Additionally, it is highly recommended that guests arrive early to ensure finding parking and seating before the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is Black Tie. Please refrain from wearing jeans, sneakers or flip flops. Dress code will be strictly enforced throughout the event. Please avoid wearing white, off white, cream, and nude colors. As a friendly reminder, white is traditionally reserved for the bride. We are excited to see our loved ones dressed up for the occasion!

Are kids welcome?

We appreciate your understanding that our special day will be adults only, with the exception of children in the immediate family.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy this special moment with us.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Kindly share any dietary or food restrictions/food allergies with the bride or groom when competing your reservation in advance. We want to ensure that everyone will have meal they can enjoy!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Boca Ciega Ballroom offers parking at a first come first serve basis.

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I RSVPed?

Answer
