We met at my dad’s book signing. Where I sat in an empty seat, and DeAntonio walked over to me and told me "I was in his seat." I briefly looked at him then continue into my phone. He told me "To get up!" I told him "No there's no assigned seats and that I got here first." We had a brief argument (of course we did lol), and finally he eventually sat in a seat next to me. The rest of the event we clowned my oldest sister on the way her professional voice sounded. From there we started texting and well here we are!

As you all know my birthday is May 5, also known as Cinco de Mayo, so he flew us out to Cancun. Which was one of our first out of the country trips together. What I thought was just a birthday trip for just me, turn into something amazing. We landed and headed to the resort. There he asked, "If I wanted to go get some lunch at one of the resort restaurants?" We walked down to the little restaurant, and he started talking to me about the plans for the trips. Then he told me to turn around and there my sister and her boyfriend where (Eronee and Xavier) I was so shocked and surprised after that we all sat at the table laughing and clowning. A minute passed and he told me he had one more surprise for me and for me to turn around again, there were my other sisters (Tera and Tori) was I was totally shocked by them being there. I had just got off the phone with tori a few hours before we left for the airport, and she looked nothing like she was about to leave the country. The rest of the trip was just out of a fairytale, we did so many fun excursions and enjoyed each other company. On my actual birthday, we went to this beautiful seafood restaurant. Where the waiters came out and blindfolded me. They said, "They had a birthday present for me." Once they removed the blindfold from my eyes. There was a rose petals trail into a room with a saxophone player playing our favorite song. As I walked farer on to the rooftop, (still thinking it's just decorated for my birthday.) It wasn't until I saw the "Will You Marry Me?" sign. The view was so prefect and beautiful overlooking the ocean with a sunset background. It could not have been a more perfect scene.
