Answer

Formal invitations have not been sent out yet. Once they are, kindly RSVP by June 1, 2026. We are unable to accommodate responses received after this date.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please check out the Travel and Lodging page

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

No, this is a kid-free event (minus the flower children)

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No. Due to limited space, only the guests explicitly listed on the invitation are invited. If a name is not on your envelope, they are not invited. If you were given a plus one, their name will be included. If that specific person cannot attend, you may not bring someone else in their place. Please respect our wishes and understand that uninvited guests will not be accommodated.

Question

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The entire wedding: ceremony & reception is all outdoors near Rincon Creek. As with any outdoor celebration, there may be some bugs. We’re doing our best to minimize them, but please come prepared with anything you’d like for your own comfort (bug spray, light layers, etc.)

Question

Can I drive myself to the venue and is there parking available?

Answer

No...our venue does NOT permit personal vehicles to be driven onto the property so utilizing our shuttle service is REQUIRED. Due to limited cell reception at our venue uber/lyft is not an option to and from venue...once back in city uber/lyft is available. Visit the Schedule Page for full details on shuttles.

Question

Is there cell reception at your venue?

Answer

There is very limited to no cell reception at our venue. Something we love about our time in the mountains is the ability to unplug and be present, we hope that you will use our wedding as your chance to disconnect. The venue does have phone access in case of emergencies and those with children who need to check in with care givers.
