For our out of town guests staying at the Westin we will have a courtesy shuttle. We will have welcome bags for those staying at the Westin, which will include shuttle information as well. Shuttle Service: - 12:30 PM - wedding trolley will leave the Westin to take the groom and wedding party, along with any hotel guests to the church ceremony. Wedding trolley will depart on time, so please be in the lobby ready to go - 2:45 PM - wedding trolley will leave the Church with bridal party for reception - 2:45 PM - shuttle bus will leave the Church with guests for Westin hotel - 4:00 PM - shuttle bus leaves Westin for reception - 9:30 PM - first shuttle bus will leave the reception site for the Westin hotel - 10:15 PM - second shuttle bus will leave the reception site for the Westin
