We know destination wedding travel can be a lot, so we wanted to share an optional resource to help make planning easier! Renting a car at Charleston International Airport is an easy option for guests who want flexibility during their stay, especially if you plan to explore the area or stay off the island.

Uber and Lyft are available at Charleston International Airport and throughout the Charleston area and can be used for transportation to and from the airport if needed. Please note that ride-share availability on Seabrook Island can be limited, especially during off-peak hours. Guests planning to rely on Uber or Lyft while on the island may want to plan accordingly. Travel time from the airport to Seabrook Island is approximately 45 min, depending on traffic.

If you're staying on Seabrook Island, Lightning Bugz Rentals offers 6-passenger golf cart rentals on Seabrook Island, starting at approximately $250 for a two-day rental (pricing varies by length of stay). While the neighborhood is conveniently located near all the wedding festivities, it's large enough that walking everywhere may not be ideal.
