From cousin she barely knew, to the best-est friend she could ask for! Kristi & Samantha became closer when she ended up moving down the road from her family's home. They have spent many days together shopping, getting lost, and cooking. She was the one who calmed Samantha before John & Samantha's first date. She has always been there for Samantha, and Samantha wouldn't want anyone else to be her Maid of Honor than Kristi.

Best Man
From childhood friend to lifelong friends. Charlie & John shared many of the same interests and hobbies as they made their way through childhood, which allowed them to become very close friends. They managed to remain very close as they grew into adults. John is very grateful for their friendship, and couldn't have asked for a better Best Man.
Lauren Herring
Bridesmaid
From classmates, to co-workers, to roommates! Samantha met Lauren during Interior Design classes at SHSU. They became really close the last year of college. Lauren & Samantha ended up interning at the same firm in downtown Houston. They decided to car pool everyday to internship. This time allowed them to become close friends. Towards the end of the semester Lauren moved to The Woodlands, and Samantha shortly "moved" in on days they had classes. Their love for cats have not stopped, nor has their friendship.

From childhood friend to future brother! John and Shane met in Cub Scouts as children. They became instant friends, and carried that friendship throughout their years in school. Their shared interest in cars, computers, and beer has allowed their friendship to continue into adulthood. Now they will be able to call each other BROTHERS! John is thrilled that Shane will be standing beside him on his wedding day!

From John's sister to MY sister! Samantha has always wanted a sister, and now she will finally get one! During the beginning of John & Samantha's relationship, John and Jennifer lived together. This allowed for Samantha to get to know Jennifer. Now she will be standing by Samantha on John & Samantha's special day!

From co-workers, to friends, to brother-in-law! John started a new job, and Shanky ended up being the only other person his age working in his department. This allowed them to connect at work, and eventually became close friends. They share many memories together, and have recently become brother-in-laws. John is honored to have Shanky standing beside him on his wedding day!
Ashlyn Powers
Junior Bridesmaid
From baby cousin to friend! Samantha remembers going to the hospital to meet Ashlyn when she was born. Ashlyn & Samantha ended up getting close during the time Samantha lived in Willis, Texas. Samantha lived right next to Ashlyn's grandparents. Ashlyn would often come over to Samantha's place after school and practice her flute, and cuddle Berkeley (Samantha's cat). Samantha enjoyed the chats she had with Ashlyn, and hearing about what was happening at school. She enjoys seeing Ashlyn excel in band, and life in general. Samantha is thrilled that Ashlyn said yes to being her Junior Bridesmaid.
