Our love story began in 2011, where we met at a mutual friend's party. Over the last 8 years, we have created many memories and have traveled to Morocco, Bali, Puerto Rico, and several trips to one of our favorite places, Vermont. We recently bought our first home in South Seaville, NJ and have enjoyed making it "ours". We also introduced a VERY spoiled Mini Labradoodle, Jackson to our family who is now 3 years old.

On Mariah's birthday this year, Chris had a very special plan. They had just closed on their new house earlier that week and planned to have a low-key birthday. Chris took Mariah to their favorite restaurant, Lucky Bones and then headed home. As they turned the corner to their street, Chris covered Mariah's eyes and said that Mariah's "birthday gift" was on the front porch. When they arrived, there was a pathway of wildflowers leading to the front porch which was beautifully decorated with twinkle lights and huge sunflowers.Chris got down on his knee and (finally) asked Mariah to marry him! Of course Mariah said YES! Chris had Mariah's family anxiously hiding down the street to come and celebrate!
