We're Getting Married!

Tommy and Jasmine's journey first began in 2009 on the campus of Winston-Salem State University, where Jasmine attended college. One rainy evening, Jasmine's cousin and his friend Tommy decided to stop through Winston Salem as they were traveling to Durham to grab some food at the Winston Salem State campus cafe. The moment Tommy saw Jasmine, he was stunned by her gorgeousness and proceeded to ask Jasmine's cousin if he could pursue her. Shortly after, Tommy and Jasmine had exchanged numbers, found each other on Facebook and the conversation started from there. The feelings and attraction were VERY mutual and a relationship developed between the two a few months after meeting. While Tommy was a student at Johnson C. Smith University, they would frequently drive back and forth between Winston-Salem and Charlotte to spend time together, even before an 8AM class! lol However, after a couple of years of dating, life led them in different directions. Jasmine moved to Florida for a Disney Internship and Tommy continued his college career in Charlotte at Johnson C Smith University. The distance proved to be too much to bear and they eventually drifted apart. But God, had other plans for their journey. It took an ultimate spin as they reconnected in April of 2020 and fell back in love instantly and from that moment, they both knew that this time was different and even better than before. They blended their family from 2 to 3, got engaged in 2022 and welcomed their baby boy in 2022. They did not play any games! lol They continued their journey as loving partners with the thrills of raising a family, loving each other unconditionally, building their careers together, and building on a foundation of faith.
