The best time to arrive for the ceremony is just before 5:45 pm. The staff will open the museum doors for guests fifteen minutes prior to the event start time.
Limited parking is available on the museum grounds. Additional parking may be available on the streets surrounding the museum. However, it is likely there is an event going on in the surrounding areas or Straub Park. It is recommended that you utilize a ride share service (Uber or Lyft) to get to and from your accommodations to avoid any delays.
Yes! There will be a trolley shuttle running from 5:00 pm-5:35 pm from the AC Hotel to the Museum of Fine Arts. This shuttle will only be TO the Museum of Fine Arts. After the reception, guests will be responsible for their own transportation back to their accommodations. The shuttle schedule and more information regarding this can be found in the Travel/Accommodations section.

Florida's weather in February is generally mild, with highs in the mid 70's and lows in the 60's. Temperatures also tend to be cooler at night, so it's a good idea to bring a light jacket for evenings. There can be cold spells in February, but they typically don't last long.
