What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm and we ask that you arrive 5pm so you have time to valet your car, sign our guest book and enjoy a glass of champagne before finding your seat.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please take this night to dress up with us! We would like to encourage our guests to wear elegant and formal attire. Think long or tea length gowns for the woman and Tuxedos or Dark colored suits for the men.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults only event with the exception of a few that will be apart of our ceremony. We encourage you to use this as a date night to celebrate!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but due to spacing, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the Fairfield hotel we will have a shuttle service set up for our guests. This shuttle will run throughout the evening if you were to leave prior to the wedding ending. More information will be provided in your welcome bag at the hotel!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel room block set up at The Fairfield by Marriott from December 26-28 at a discounted rate for all our guests coming from out of town (or in town!). We request you book before November 26th to guarantee your room rate! Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Palace will have valet parking for all our guests so you waste no time in the cold weather.

Where is the after party?

Answer

Our after-party will take place at the Fairfield Marriott, conveniently located right next door to The Palace. Complimentary shuttles will run between the venue and the hotel for anyone who needs a ride. We’d love for you to join us as we continue the celebration!
