Shuttle Buses will take guests from the DoubleTree and Home2 Suites hotels to Aria between 4:15-4:20pm. Please arrive promptly to the DoubleTree, Bristol parking lot. The first shuttle bus service will take guests back to the hotel at 11:00pm. The last shuttle bus service will take guests back to the hotel at 12:00am.
Complimentary shuttle service will be available to transport guests between the reception venue and designated hotels. Shuttles will run from the hotels following the church ceremony, allowing guests to check in to their rooms as needed. Please note that transportation to the church ceremony itself will not be provided, so we recommend planning your arrival accordingly. Exact timing of the bus shuttles is listed above.
Formal Attire Kindly Requested
Our ceremony at St. Anthony Church will begin promptly at 1:30pm. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have enough time to park and find your seat. There is parking on site at St. Anthony Church.
We have reserved a room block at the DoubleTree Bristol and the Home2 Suites Bristol hotels. Both hotels are on the same property. Please reference the travel page on the website for more information.
