We met at a Halloween party hosted by Valerie's sister Mary-Margaret. Easton came in a giant inflatable sumo wrestler costume, Val came as Bat Girl. And if anyone knows Easton, they know he loves batman. He tried to talk to Valerie, but she didn't give him the time of day. (Sorry babe.) Jump to Thanksgiving, Valerie's sister Cosi and roommate at the time was dating Easton's roommate and asked Valerie if "a love for batman" was a requirement of someone she dated. Silly as it may be, the answer was yes. Jump to Christmas party, Cosi and Chris delicately pushed the two together. Valerie didn't remember Easton from the Halloween party. (Again. Sorry babe.) But he was kind and offered her drinks... AND THEN SHOWED OFF HIS BATMAN POSTERS. Valerie thought it was funny and cute. Jump to Valerie's Birthday Party in January. Valerie was dating someone else for a few weeks now, but wasn't too impressed. Valerie walks off in the middle of the party and Easton comes to find her and make sure she's okay like the gentleman he is. He had also made delicious food for the party! Jump to a few days past Valentine's and Cosi and Valerie make a "pros and cons" list about her current BF and Easton. Easton was by far the better choice. Jump to Spring 2017- they FINALLY start dating!
