When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please be sure to RSVP by May 15th so we can get an accurate final headcount to our caterer on time!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive by 5pm to ensure enough time for everyone to be comfortably seated by the start of the ceremony at 5:15pm :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle provided by the venue to and from the Billings Intl Airport to Red Lodge and the Venue!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not a strict one by any means, but please aim for darker, moodier colors, in cocktail attire, we are aiming for jazzy vibes :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue size limitations, the amount of "plus ones" is limited, please reference your invitation/RSVP card to see "plus one" indication!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are certainly not anti-kids, however, we are unsure how "kid friendly" the environment will be, so we respectfully request that any children under 16 be closely chaperoned :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking there! As well as RV hookups across the street!!
