Question

What precautions for Covid-19 are being taken?

Answer

The entire event will be held outdoors. Guests are asked to wear masks during the ceremony, and any time that they are not eating or drinking. The Omni also asks that masks are worn in common areas walking around the hotel. Food and drinks will be located at stations for individual consumption, rather than buffet style. There will be 30% more chairs added to the ceremony lawn to allow guests to socially distance, and there will be plenty of space between tables at the reception, as it will only be filled at 25% capacity. Masks will be provided for those who do not have them or need a new one, and hand sanitizing stations will be available as well.
