This is a cute amusement park targeted for kids. I have never been but I have always heard great things! My 5th Graders love it! Make sure you check out their website to get the best prices on tickets!
Living Shores Aquarium
Alex and I love this very cute little aquarium! It is an interactive aquarium where you can touch and feed the fish! It's a really cool place to go! If you are interested, buy your tickets ahead of time to get the best deal!
Kancamagus Highway
If you are looking for a beautiful cruise I highly recommend driving the Kanc! Alex and I often drive the this beautiful highway in the mountains. It has many pull off spots to take great pictures or have snack!
Madison Boulder Natural Area
If you're looking for something free and cool to see go check out the Maddison Boulder! It is a short little hike through the woods to see a really huge boulder! We've been here before and it's a must see!
Remick Country Doctor Museum & Farm
This is a pay-as-you-wish farm that has a handful of different options for you to see or do! Check out the website for more information.
Squam Lakes Natural Science Center
This is a cute nature center that has many trails and options for you to see and walk. There are many parts to this reserve so check out their website if you are interested!
Freedom House Antiques
Freedom has a lot of antique and thrift shops! This is a really unique one to check out!
Wright Museum of World War II
This is one of our favorite museums to visit! It is filled with awesome displays from World War 2. It's $16 for adults and $8 for kids 5-17 years old. They do have family packages so check those out on their website if you are interested!
Children's Museum of New Hampshire
This is cute museum located in Dover NH. The general price is $14.50 for adults and kids over 12 months.
Fort McClary State Historic Site
This is where Alex and I got engaged! It is a beautiful free place to walk around and learn a little bit more about New England's History.
Seacoast Science Center
This is another highly recommended place that my 5th Graders gave me! This is a cute interactive science museum that focuses mostly on aquatic life. It's about $10-$15 but please check out their website if you are interested.
Cape Neddick Lighthouse "Nubble Lighthouse"
Alex and I often ride the motorcycle to see Nubble Lighthouse. It is a very cool sight where you can take great pictures!
York's Wild Kingdom
This is another place Alex and I love to visit! It is a great zoo full of all sorts of animals. There is also a small amusement park connected to it if you are interested. You can expect $18 for adults and $11.50 for children 3-10 years.
Wells Reserve at Laudholm
This is a beautiful place to walk around. I take my 5th graders here for a field trip where we learn about brackish water (where fresh water and salt water meet), and how wetlands are helpful. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice area to walk around.
Kittery Trading Post
This is a really cool store that we often visit! It's a lot like a Bass Pro or Cabela's where it has a lot of out door gear and supplies.
Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve and Discovery Center
This is another fun place to learn more about New Hampshire's wild life! Check out their website if you are interested.
Yankee Smokehouse
This is great bbq place! It is family friendly and serves great food! Their pizza is also awesome!
Pizza Barn
You can find good pizza here! It is a little on the pricey side.
