Maid of Honor
Alexis and I met in 7th grade in the same homeroom class and she turned into a lifelong friend! We bonded over liking the same tv shows and middle school book series and though we went to different high schools and rival colleges, our friendship has only grown stronger! I can’t imagine my wedding day without her!
Best Man
Fellow master fisherman, chemical engineer, and Hokie. I am blessed to not only have him as a brother, but also as a best friend.
Bridesmaid
MK and I became close when we were in A Midsummer Night’s Dream play at Chatham Hall and we kept the nearby Bojangles in business! Through many car rides listening to mixed CDs we created, country concerts, and our love of cowboy boots and good southern food, she has been a best friend (even if she went to UVA).
Best Man
Mini me, fellow Gov schooler, book aficionado, chef, and wanna-be smartest sibling. I am blessed to not only have him as a brother, but also as a best friend.
Bridesmaid
Joanne and I met in daycare as two-year-olds and have truly been good friends ever since! We hand-wrote letters to each other as pen pals in elementary and middle school and even lived together in NoVa after graduating college. Our shared love of Jesus, good food, and our favorite TV shows has kept us close and I know it will for years to come (even if she is a Wahoo)!
Groomsman
Through Cave Spring, Call of Duty nights, introducing me to VT football, window hell, and roommates at Virginia Tech, this guy has kept me grounded and been a true friend.
Bridesmaid
Anna and I were neighbors in the West AJ dorm and became instant friends over our love of Grey’s Anatomy and Parenthood. She has been a true friend through Zumba nights, coffee runs, and sharing an apartment in Blacksburg. I’m so thankful for our shared love of Hokie football and basketball, quality TV shows and good food, but mostly I’m thankful for her sweet friendship!
Groomsman
From freshman year in Slusher, to studying abroad in Denmark and all the way to ExxonMobil in Beaumont together, Scott's kept me having fun, not only being a great friend, but teaching me how to let loose more and just send it.
Bridesmaid
My friendship with Katie began in middle school and we have stayed close ever since, even through going to different high schools and colleges (she is a proud member of the NC State Wolfpack)! She is the lifelong positive, funny, and quirky friend everyone needs and I’m thankful for her (and also thankful she lives nearby in Houston)!
Groomsman
Developing products and entering entrepreneurial contests together, dreaming big, sharing travel tips, and keeping each other looking up, David's been a great friend and fellow dreamer.
Bridesmaid
Marrying Alex means that I’m gaining three siblings and I can’t wait to call Rachael my sister! With three brothers, she stands her own ground with her beautiful, talented, athletic, and strong personality. We have bonded over many camping trips, sharing family meals, and weekend visits, and I can’t wait for more memories to come!
Groomsman
Mr. music, fun-loving little brother, Jacob helped pull off the perfect proposal surprise by convincing Hannah to come out early for a Tech Men performance. I’m excited to call him my brother soon.
Ring Bearer
Graham is the son of Hannah’s cousin, Crystal! After Hannah played a major role in Graham’s parents’ engagement, it’s only fitting Graham is part of Hannah and Alex’s wedding!
Ring Bearer
Edward is the son of Hannah’s cousin, Dusty! Hannah was the flower girl for Edward’s parents’ wedding, so it’s very fitting that he is her ring bearer!
Ring Bearer
Easton is the son of Hannah’s cousin, Traci! He is coming with his parents to the wedding all the way from Montana! We are so glad he will be part of our day!

Charlotte and I have been friends since 2008 when we were “new girls” at Chatham Hall together and lived on the same hall. I had the privilege of meeting her family when I went home to Germany with her over spring break in 2009! We have made many memories together and have thankfully stayed close despite the long distance. Our wedding weekend will be the first time we have seen each other since my graduation in 2012, and I’m excited to have her as part of our special day!

Liz dates Alex’s brother Nick and the four of us have shared so many memories together, including camping weekends, Blacksburg adventures, Hokie game days, and even a trip to Aruba. (We are looking forward to our trip to Hawaii together in January!) Liz is smart, funny, a dog mom and plant enthusiast, and so creative! We are so excited to have her as part of our wedding day!
