How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP on our website located in the RSVP header, where you will enter your name to determine what event you will be attending.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The wedding ceremony is taking place at the Lyons Community Church in Lyons Colorado and the Reception is taking place at the Estes Park Community Center in Estes Colorado.

How far away is the Ceremony from the Reception?

Answer

The Ceremony is about 30-35 minutes from the Reception Site.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:30 at Lyons Community Church.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code, but we do recommend bringing a winter jacket in case it gets cold due to the uncertainty of Colorado's weather.

Will the ceremony and reception be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place indoors.

What can I expect from the ceremony?

Answer

We expect the ceremony to be less than an hour. The ceremony will not be a traditional mass, if you do not wish to attend due to this, you are still invited to the reception. Please be sure to RSVP reception only if that is what you wish.

Is there a designated hotel?

Answer

Yes, we do have a designated hotel (Expedition Lodge Estes Park), in order to reserve a room call the hotel at (970) 586-5363 and book under Yapoujian/Earl Wedding.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

To be determined, this is due to the uncertainty of Colorado's Fall. This is why we recommend bringing a winter coat because we don't know what it will be like.

Where can I park?

Answer

For the Ceremony, there is parking all around the Church itself, there is also some parking right behind the church for anyone who requires a small walk.

Which airport is closest?

Answer

The closest airport is the Denver International Airport (DIA).

Has transportation been arranged from the church to the reception area?

Answer

Shuttle has not been arranged, but there is a bus that you can pay for if you need a ride. It would be best to carpool with as many people as possible.

Are you using a gift registry service?

We are using a gift registry service, its located on our website with the header of 'registry'. On there you will see our newly funded donation portion, as well as an Amazon Registry Link. If you want to purchase a gift on the registry make sure you scroll down to find the link to the registry.

Should we bring gifts, or send them ahead of time?

Either is acceptable, we do have a registry to make life easier if you don't want to bring a gift.

Do you need help in the run up to the big day?

We would greatly appreciate those who come to the ceremony help to clean up any trash left behind as you exit the Church.
