Am I required to stay 5 or more nights at the resort?

Answer

No. You can simply request to stay for 3 days and 2 nights.

Question

I found a better deal for flights and hotel. Do I need to still book through your travel agent.

Answer

You are free to book your flights and room stay on your own but please be aware that you will not be part of the room block. Our travel agent can certainly draft up a quote for you if you like to go through her.

Question

I found a cheaper hotel outside of the resort. Will I still be able to attend the wedding on site?

Answer

The simple answer is yes. However, you will be required to pay for a guest wedding day pass at the hotel for $60.

How soon should I book my room and flights since the wedding is in October?

Answer

If you are booking through our travel agent, we recommend that you book way in advance (now). The deposit to hold your room is $100. The final payment will be required by June of 2025. Rooms and Flights can be booked through our travel agent from Destination Weddings.

Our room blocks are ready to be booked! Please book your rooms as early as possible. A minimum is required to book your room. Travelers without travel protection, 100% is due on 06/03/2025 Travelers with travel protection, 50% is due on 06/03/2025, 100% is due on 08/03/2025 ***Rooming List Due Date is 08/10/2025***
