Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Formal While this is an elevated event, men are not required to wear a tuxedo. A suit of any color is acceptable. Women are welcome to wear a floor-length dress, but if a tea-length cocktail dress is preferred, that's fine. Florals encouraged!

What are hotel options for those traveling?

Answer

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at The Hilton Garden Inn - Riverhead. All guests can use the following link to book discounted rooms in our block using code GUS. https://shorturl.at/PEE2l Be sure to book your hotel room no later than 3/20/2025 in order to receive the discount. Room's are on a first come, first serve basis.

Will transport be provided from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available to transport guests to and from the venue. The shuttle will not do multiple rounds. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 4:30pm for the venue and will be picking up from the venue at 11:15pm. Guests who opt not to take the shuttle are welcome to drive or Uber. The venue is approximately 20 minute from the hotel, so plan accordingly.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, ample parking is available on site.

What time should I arrive at the venue for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We, therefore, recommend you aim to arrive to the venue by 4:45pm to allow time to comfortably settle in and enjoy a refreshment.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one? Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. While we love all the children in our lives, we have decided to make this day an adults-only celebration. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones out during the ceremony to ensure you do not interfere with the photographer. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony and we’ll happily share photos with anyone who would like them. Please feel free to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception and share them with the bride and groom!
