Carpooling

We strongly encourage carpooling to Blairsville because parking is limited at the wedding venue and we’d like to minimize our wedding’s carbon footprint. In order to help facilitate carpooling, we’ve created this Google spreadsheet. If you are driving from Atlanta and have extra space in your car or if you are looking to catch a ride, please complete the spreadsheet. If you see someone whose travel plans coincide with yours, please reach out to them to coordinate a carpool.

Paradise Hills, Winery Resort & Spa

This beautiful winery is 10 minutes from the wedding venue and has cabins for rent. We cannot reserve a block of cabins so we encourage you to book sooner rather than later! There is a 3-night minimum on all cabin rentals.

Best Western Milton Inn

This hotel is 15 minutes from the wedding venue. We have a hotel block here so please call the hotel directly to reserve a room before April 25. Mention that you are with the 'Cumbie-Drake Hennessee' wedding to receive a discounted rate of $125.99/night.

Camping at Sugarboo Farms

There is unlimited space for camping at Sugarboo Farms and all are welcome to camp. Showers and bathrooms are available for all campers. Please email us at Emily.and.Zachary2019@gmail.com if you plan to camp onsite.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)

Sugarboo Farms is 2.5 hours north of the Atlanta airport.

Sugarboo Farms is 2 hours southeast of the Chattanooga Airport.

Many family and friends are traveling from across the country (and world!) to celebrate our wedding with us. We are are so grateful for this opportunity but are also aware of the environmental impact of air travel.
