Cole and I met at the University of New Hampshire. I had just recently transferred and was starting my sophomore year and Cole was finishing up his electrical engineering degree at Southern Maine Community College. I lived in a housing complex called the Cottages and made friends with mutual friends of Coles, who happened to live right down the road. Cole would visit most weekends and slowly we started spending time with one another. Soon we realized there was something special between us. For the next 3 months, we spent time going on walks through college woods, taking Cole’s family dog Teak on walks at the beach, grabbing bagels at KBs in Hampton, visiting lighthouses in Maine and spending every free moment with one another. January 2019 came around and Cole asked me to officially be his girlfriend and the rest was history!

Cole proposed summer of 2024, while we were on a family trip to Paris, France. We had time to go off on our own and travel for our first time solo in Europe. We chose to take the high-speed train to 007 territory. We loved London and spent three days exploring and eating our way through the beautiful city. Cole completely surprised me and picked the perfect spot. He asked me to marry him privately in Regents Park, one of the many royal parks in London! During the year leading up to our wedding, we are fixing up a new home in Somersworth, while building our permanent home in Dover, NH. As a couple, we are so excited to embark on this new chapter and cannot wait to say “I do”.
