What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the venue no later than 4:45 pm. This way you have time to find a place to park and take your seats. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal cocktail attire. We kindly request no jeans or shorts. The ceremony will take place outside in a beautiful grassy area of the venue. We recommend wearing shoes with a chunky or flat heel so they don’t sink in the grass.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we are having an adult only reception and we ask that they stay at home.

Can I bring a date?

We have chosen to invite our guests directly by name. Please refer to your formal invite and reach out with any questions.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking on site at the venue! Uber or Lyft is great option for those who don't want to drive.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

For those guests staying at the Home2 Suites hotel, transportation will be provided. Busses will pick up guests from the hotel at 4 pm and will return guests back to the hotel at 10 pm. Hotel booking details can be found on the Travel page. Please make sure to be on the bus by 4 pm!

How are you handling COVID-19?

Answer

We will follow all local protocol at the time of the event. The wedding reception is located outside. We welcome guests to wear a mask if they feel more comfortable. If you are not feeling well, we kindly ask that you do not attend.
