We're getting married!

June has always been our month. Back in June 2018, despite a three-hour time difference, we somehow both found ourselves awake late one night when the universe decided to step in and introduce us through a simple online conversation. What started as just talking quickly turned into something more ~ we clicked instantly, even if we had no idea where it would lead. Fast forward to June 6, 2020, when Jacob decided it was time to meet this “perfect stranger” in real life and flew to Tennessee. And let’s just say… our first week together did not go as expected. On the way to our very first date, a deer literally jumped a fence and ran straight into the side of Kenzie’s car (yes, really). As if that wasn’t enough excitement, we also managed to have a run-in with a warden. Somehow, through all the chaos, it turned into one of the best weeks ever ~ and a pretty accurate preview of life together! After Jacob’s second trip in October 2021, we both realized we were done with long distance. So, with the help (and road trip commitment!) of his amazing family, Jacob packed up a U-Haul and made the move from Arizona to Tennessee to finally be together. This June, we’ll celebrate six years of laughter, adventure, and a love that started with a late-night message and turned into something way bigger than we ever expected. And honestly… we wouldn’t change a single crazy moment. 💛
