Out of town guests - please join us for a welcome party outside on the patio at the Duke Mansion to kick off the weekend! For out of town guests staying in downtown hotels, a bus will pick up at the Kimpton at 8pm and 8:30pm. The bus will return at 10pm, 10:30pm and 11pm. Note: please bring a mask for the bus ride.

Ceremony

Attire: Formal / Suit & Tie (ceremony will be on grass - a thicker heel is recommended).
Please do not use your phone / take pictures during the ceremony. Transportation provided for out-of-town guests: Buses will be provided from downtown hotels for out of town guests. Pick up for downtown hotels will take place at 4:45PM from the Kimpton. Buses will depart from the Eades family home and take guests to Charlotte Country Club following the ceremony. Guests are asked to please wear masks on the bus to the ceremony / CCC. For those in Charlotte who plan to drive: Parking for the ceremony is available at the Myers Park Baptist Church parking lot (accessed on Roswell Ave). Sherriff's deputies will be assisting with parking and directing traffic at the home ceremony. A shuttle will be running from parking lot to home.
Reception

Attire: suit & tie. Event will be held outside. Ladies, please wear a thicker heel!
Transportation provided for out-of-town guests: Buses will depart from the reception at Charlotte Country Club to take guests back to the hotels.
