Q: How do I RSVP? ♥️
A: Please fill out the card sent with your invitation and mail it back to us by September 11th, 2025. 

Q: Can our little ones come? ♥️
A: Of course! Children were invited on the invitations. Please include on the RSVP if they will attend or not. 

Q: Is the ceremony at a different location? ♥️
A: No. The entire event will take place at the Black Bear Golf Club. If you plan to attend our wedding ceremony, please arrive by 5:00 pm! 

Q: When do I need to book my hotel room by? ♥️
A: The block of rooms at Minerals Hotel is reserved until August 26th, 2025. After this date, the rooms will open up to the public and may no longer be available. 

Q: How do I get to the venue from Minerals Hotel? ♥️
A: There will be a shuttle that picks guests up around 4:30 pm. The shuttle will bring guests back to the hotel at 11:00 pm.
