Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue

Answer

There is a shuttle bus that will meet at the Hampton Inn West Springfield at 2:00pm and drop guests off at the venue by 2:37pm There will also be two trips from the venue, to the hotel at the end of the evening. The first will be leaving the venue at 8:00pm and the last one leaving by 9:30pm.
