Why does my invite ask if I'm attending ceremony & reception/why am I only invited to the reception?

Answer

Our venue's guest capacity for the ceremony is smaller than our guest count for our reception. We would love if all attendees could attend our ceremony, however, we've had to make the difficult decision to only invite our closest family and friends to witness our marriage ceremony. We appreciate your understanding!

While we love your littles, this event is strictly for adults only - we encourage you to make a date night out of it!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation. If your invitation includes "& guest" you are welcome to bring a guest. Due to our venue being limited in space, we do not have capacity to have extra guests that are not listed on invitations. Thank you for understanding!

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Copper Moon has a designated lot for free parking, there is also tons of free parking on the street!

Is your venue accessible?

Answer

YES! Our venue is fully ADA-compliant. We have ramps available both inside and outside, as well as accessible bathrooms. Please contact us if you have further questions or concerns about accessibility. We want to make sure everyone is able to participate!

Will the ceremony or reception be outside?

Answer

NO! Our ceremony and reception are all indoors. We do have access to an adorable outdoor courtyard for cocktail hour and if you need a break from dancing.

Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired an amazing photographer and they will be there to capture our special moment.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have beer, wine & a signature cocktail. Drinks are on us, hangover is on you.

Our families are spread across the west and east parts of the state, so we wanted everyone to meet in the middle.
