Best airport to fly into Bucine would be the Florence airport (FLR) it is the closest airport but the Rome airport (FCO) is also a cheaper option. The ride to the Villa from Rome is three hours long but definitely still an option. The Villa does have a taxi service from the airports you can look into for that information please send me or Dylon a text! There is always an option to rent a car as-well which is best to do directly from the airport you are flying into. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
