Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones we ask that you let our wedding serve as a date night unless otherwise stated on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity as well as food. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Question

How do I rsvp?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. If you were given a plus one please put "Guest" for the name.

Question

When do I rsvp by?

Answer

We kindly ask you rsvp by March 15, 2025.

Question

What happens if I don't rsvp in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided , it will be marked as a "No." We will miss celebrating with you, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue as well as vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Regretfully Decline." If you have RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you can no longer make it, please notify Hannah 405.249.4813.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! It is mostly all one level but there are ramps for the places it is not. There is also a drive up to drop people off but we kindly ask you reserve that for the elderly, disabled, or pregnant women.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us so we kindly ask you dress in formal wear! Since our wedding is in the spring we ask you wear light spring colors! For more information visit the "Dress Code" tab.

Question

What should I definitely not wear?

Answer

We hope you see this day as an opportunity to have fun and dress up! Of course we ask that you avoid any colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams. Again our dress code is spring colors so we ask that you avoid any dark colors- black, navy, browns, or red as well as any dark shade of colors. Please no jeans.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate! We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving . The venue does allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight if need be but they must be picked up by 12:00pm the next day. We recommend using a rideshare app (Lyft or Uber) and will have a sign posted with their number by the bar. If not using a rideshare app please know who your DD is ahead of time.

Question

I have a question not answered here, how do I contact you?

Answer

If you still have any questions please feel free to text me at 405.249.4813. Please keep in mind I will do my best to get back to you as soon as I can but cannot guarantee an immediate response! Thank you for taking the time to read this through, we hope this can alleviate any questions or concerns!
