When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by June 1st. Your response helps us finalize seating and dinner plans—we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

While we will be wrapping up our celebration around 10:00 PM and overnight accommodations are completely optional, we understand some guests may prefer to stay nearby rather than travel home afterward. There are several hotel options available in the New Martinsville area. If enough guests are interested, we would also be happy to arrange a hotel block. Please let us know if you think you may want accommodations when you RSVP so we can gauge interest!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM so you can catch the tractor shuttle to the ceremony site and get settled before we begin at 5:00!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy their meal! Kindly share any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Can I bring a date? How about kids?

Answer

Your little ones are welcome to celebrate with us! We kindly ask that only the guests listed on the invitation attend—no extra dates or plus ones.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of parking is available! We’ll have someone on-site to help direct cars so you can arrive and settle in easily.
