Can we bring our kids?

If your invitation specifically includes your children, they are welcome to attend. However, we kindly request that you only bring the children listed on the invitation. Given the presence of water features on our venue property, we need to prioritize safety. We ask that parents remain fully attentive to their children throughout the event. If you do not feel confident in your ability to supervise your children closely, we respectfully suggest making alternative childcare arrangements. Our goal is to ensure a joyful and secure celebration for everyone.

Where do we park?

Our venue offers ample on-site parking for all guests. We kindly request that you park only in designated areas and avoid parking on the grass to help preserve the beautiful landscape. Thank you for your cooperation!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we'll definitely have alcohol at our wedding! We kindly ask all guests to enjoy responsibly. Our bartender and wedding coordinator will ensure everyone's safety by monitoring alcohol consumption, and our security team is prepared to escort anyone home who becomes overly intoxicated. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight, but please note that all vehicles must be retrieved by 9am the next morning. Any vehicles not picked up by that time will be towed at the owner's expense.

We've carefully curated our guest list and designed our wedding celebration to include the people most meaningful to us. If your invitation does not explicitly mention a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend solo. We appreciate your understanding as we create an intimate and intentional wedding experience.

We're embracing the beauty of Oklahoma's landscape and hope to celebrate our ceremony outdoors. However, we'll ensure your comfort by moving the ceremony inside if the weather becomes unpredictable. No matter the setting, we can't wait to share this special moment with you!

Yes! Our wedding menu will be catered by Little Italy, a beloved local restaurant right here in Harrah. Their delectable cuisine is sure to delight our guests and add a special touch to our celebration.

We can't wait to see our special day through your eyes! We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony and leave that to our professional photographer, who will beautifully capture every moment.

Goodbyes! Saying farewell at a wedding can be done gracefully with a few thoughtful approaches. If the couple is dancing, wait for a natural pause or find a moment to approach them as the party begins to wind down. You can also discreetly ask a wedding party member or the DJ to help relay your goodbye. When the newlyweds are mingling, look for a brief opportunity between conversations to offer a quick farewell. If the timing doesn't work out, don't worry—you can always send a warm text, email, or heartfelt note after the wedding. Leaving early is completely understandable. The couple will appreciate that you took the time to celebrate with them. A quick follow-up message after the event is a wonderful way to share your well-wishes and express how much you enjoyed the celebration. To ensure the couple knows you were present, consider taking a photo at the selfie mirror by the dessert table, asking a wedding party member to pass along a message, or leaving a thoughtful handwritten note.
