Dylan and Brittany have a connection that goes as far back as Preschool but it wasn't until their High School years that they really grew to know each other and became the best of friends. These two were always together... Sitting in on each others Lacrosse games, making 2-liter bottle rockets in Physics class, and hanging out on the beach with each other and friends at any chance they could get. Dylan really sealed the deal by asking Brittany to prom their senior year in 2010, and their journey continued to unfold throughout college at UMass Amherst and post-grad living in Boston.

On April 28th, 2018, the most gorgeous Spring day, Dylan was (finally) ready to pop the question. The plan was to take a stroll on some of their favorite beaches. On the way to Nauset Beach, Dylan asked if Brittany would want to stop by their old Preschool, The Learning Garden. They hadn't seen it since they were kiddos, it was on the way to the beach, and Brittany thought that was an adorable idea. They took a peek at the playground, where memorable recess fixtures still sat. Then, Dylan took her around to the front steps, where a colorful, painted sign stood that said, "Love Blooms Here". While Dylan had no idea this sign existed before asking Brittany the most important question, it fit into his plan quite seamlessly. Dylan reached into his pocket and got down on one knee moments later. They still managed to make it to the beach that day, happier than ever, and celebrated their newest adventure with family and friends all day and night!
