When and Where?

Our wedding is going to be held on November 8th 2025 with the ceremony starting at 4pm followed by a cocktail hour and reception. *Please arrive at 3:30PM to ensure the ceremony starts on time* All events will be held at Terraview in Stroudsmoor Country Inn located in Stroudsburg, PA.
Question
When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than October 1st 2025! We will not have a spot available to you after that date. Invites will be sent out in the middle of July. If you have not received yours by August, please reach out.
Question
How do I RSVP?
Answer
On your physical invitation there will be a QR code that will take you directly to the RSVP link. If you need help accessing it, please reach out. We will not be accepting RSVPs any later than October 1st.

Are kids welcomed?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event (21+). We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you arrive by 3:30PM to guarantee a 4PM start time. We will start the ceremony at 4PM regardless to keep on schedule! Thank you for understanding!

Is everything in the same location?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be on Stroudmoor's grounds.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will be outdoors unless the weather is bad or if it's too cold, we have a plan B that is indoors!

Is the ceremony unplugged?
Answer
Yes!! We ask that you to stay fully present and keep cell phones away during the ceremony.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There's a parking lot right where our venue is!

Transportation?
Answer
We will NOT have a shuttle that will get you from the hotels to the venue. We highly recommend car pooling, ubering or car rental. There is a massive parking lot in the venue. All hotels in the area are no longer than a 6 minute drive. If you need help with car rental/car pooling options leading up to the wedding please feel free to reach out! Please drive responsibly :)

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
We do have a room block with a limited number of rooms with instructions on how to book it. We also provided some hotel recommendations that are close to the venue. All of this can be found under the "Travel" tab.

Dress Code?
Answer
We request that everyone wears semi formal attire! Please stay away from whites, ivory and green!

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

When RSVPing there will be an option for you to let us know what those restrictions/allergies are!

After party??
Answer
Since our reception ends at 9:30P.M. we want to keep the party going!! we WILL be having an after party starting at 10P.M.!! It will be Signature Brewing and Saloon. It is a 7 minute drive from the venue so please make sure you can arrive there safely!! It is a 7 minute WALK away from the Hampton Inn Stroudsburg/Poconos hotel(our hotel block). The Penn Stroud hotel(another hotel option) is a 3 minute WALK from the after party. The after party will be cash bar BUT we will have a bunch of finger foods for everyone to snack on throughout. It also happens to be karaoke night so be prepared for that! We do need to give the bar a somewhat accurate headcount so please let us know when you RSVP if you can make it!
